Mario Hoops: 3 On 3 Japanese Commercial
Now, I’ll probably catch some heat for saying this, but I hate sports. HATE! And more than that, I hate playing sports video games. I don’t include racing games in this, because technically it’s not a sport. But Madden and all that business, you can keep it! But, I also realize that everyone reading this is not a big limp-wristed RPG player like me. (Don’t get me wrong though, I will KICK YOUR ASS at Soul Calibur and I’ve been known to whip serious multiple straight-boy butt at 9 holes of Mini-Golf. Right, Greg??) So I present to you a new game coming for Nintendo DS. Mario Hoops: 3 on 3 is not some kind of naughty group sex game, but a basketball based game that makes use of the touch screen in some very creative ways. Take a look at this Japanese commercial and you’ll get a feeling for the way the game works. It is also notable that Nintendo has managed to gather characters from Final Fantasy to participate in this game, including: Moogle, White Mage, Ninja, Black Mage, and some sort of weird cactus thing. Wow, I didn’t know mages shot hoops…who knew?

I second your hatred for most sports games. Racing games aside from Mario Karts included.
After I read your comment I realized I should have clarified that I like kart games as opposed to actual “racing” games. I am shamed. Bad gamer, no power-up!
