Rumor: "Grim Fandango" Film To Be Helmed By Burton?
A few years ago, LucasArts made a game called Grim Fandango. It was fantastic with an incredible cast of characters, gorgeous scenery, beautiful music, and excellent adventure-game gameplay…hmmm, that sounds funny. It is based on an Hispanic holiday called “Dia de los Muertos” or “Day of the Dead,” and everything takes place in the world of the dead.
Anyways, the style of the game is very Burton-esque and if there is one shred of truth to Tim Burton helming such a project, I will be extremely excited! _ Apparently, this information comes from an “interview” from The Movie Center film blog that is made up of different quotes borrowed from other publications.
