Amazing Stop-Action Arcade Game Animation
Anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge fan of stop action animation. Tim Burton, the Brothers Quay and Jan Svankmajer, who did the amazing Alice in 1988, are all favorites. My buddy Greg is also a big fan and showed me this awesome site yesterday called eatPES.com, a repository for short stop-action films. Imagine my delight upon finding a piece called “Game Over”. I prayed it would be good as I clicked on the link and I was not disappointed, and you won’t be either. The short film encompasses several old school games including Pac-Man, Frogger and Centipede and uses every day objects like pretzels, muffins, watches and pizza! Absolute genius!
