SIGGRAPH In Boston
The international Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques, (aka SIGGRAPH) is happening now through the 3rd in Boston. SIGGRAPH is an organization that promotes the generation and dissemination of information on computer graphics and interactive techniques. They host many panels discussions at their annual convention. One of the notable panel discussions this year will take place on Wednesday concerning Video Games: Content and Responsibility. Their focus will be on; male-focused stories and design, excessive violence, promoting addiction to digital entertainment, and distorting attention spans.
