Spankin' New PSP In 2007?
Talk about a sweet story, if it’s true. Talk about more debt and hustle on Sony’s plate, if it’s true. Talk about a nearly total overhaul of the PSP hardware if, you guessed it, it’s true. I peeped this honkin’ hot rumor at the ever-resourceful Engadget that points to the latest PlayStation Magazine, and suggests that a possible redesign of the PSP is slated for March of 2007. It ain’t the PSP 2, but it sounds like a serious step forward for my favorite nearly-useless but beautiful piece of the future. Purported upgrades include an 8GB flash drive, built-in video camera and (merciful lord, please) a thinner, lighter body.
Not for nothing, but doesn’t Sony have rather a lot on its to-do list at the moment? At least they go big, right? Or is this just hot air? Let’s talk.
