The Adventures Of Florian Eckhardt In Leipzigland
I have gotten no end of enjoyment reading about Kotaku-ite Florian Eckhardt’s “bull in a china shop” approach to the Leipzig Gaming Conference. An otherwise boring weekend reading about every single Guitar Hero contest at PAX, was rendered interesting perusing Florian’s many adventures including making people uncomfortable at Viva Pinata demo, wrecking a Wii demo booth, and his German language gender mishap.
Now this is a man I’d like to attend a conference with. If only he was going to Dragon Con and we could roll down the aisles together, pointing, laughing, making people uncomfortable, wrecking things and holding hands. Wait…I went too far.
Although Florian won’t be there, I will be able to take in the ethereal vision that is Miss Eliza Gauger at Dragon Con this weekend. Maybe I can hold hands with her…
