Far Cry: Vengeance On The Wii
Hot on the heels of Reggie Fils-Aime’s declaration of support for mature content on the Wii comes details, courtesy of 2old2play, of the newest Far Cry iteration, for none other than the Wii herself: Far Cry: Vengeance. The game doesn’t look like it’s absolutely swollen with new content, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of Far Cry: Instincts Evolution in it, but that isn’t really the point. The point is that it looks like Nintendo isn’t pulling any punches when it comes to lobbying for grown-up content on the Wii. Frankly, it’s impressive to see the big N step up to the plate in such a determined way, especially with Sony hemorrhaging supremacy and Microsoft taking flack for some weird 360 decisions and mishaps. Maybe there’s a deep end to the kiddie pool after all?
