"Hard Gay" Immortalized as Plastic Toy
The loverly Eliza over at Kotaku sent a message to me today via messenger boy about the Tingle video with the Hard Gay-esque character. She had posted it last night and wanted to point out how positive all the reactions to it had been in their comments. I must say I was truly heartened by all the Hard Gay Love happening in there. One commenter by the awesome name of Thrillhaus posted a link to this toy showing how much the Japanese really love Hard Gay. Based on a Tomy game called Pop Up Pirate (don’t go there) wherein you stick the different swords and daggers into the barrel and if the pirate pops out and you lose. So the Japanese replace the pirate with Hard Gay, paint the barrel black and voila! Poking a Pirate’s booty with your sword just got a whole lot gayer!
