The UI Designer For The 360 Is Taking Suggestions

Tried clicking the link, but it timed out.
Personally, I think it could be lots more streamlined as well. Plus I think that the ‘blades’ are too flashy for something that should just act as a simple UI.
I really hate all that slow down when I press the home button. >.>
