Sailor Pluto rocks! Definitely my favorite soldier.
As for her status, she is very safe. Considering the fact that there are Sailor Senshi from moons, stars, and based on various inanimate objects & occupations (Sailor Stewardess anyone?), the demotion of Pluto to a dwarf planet won’t stop Setsuna from being a Sailor Senshi/Scout.
