Activision Joins Forces With Steam
Activision and Valve software both announced that they have joined forces and are planning to publish four Activision titles via Valve’s Steam delivery service in the near future.
The schedule games are Activision’s Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty United Offensive, and Gun. Activision is following the example of Majesco by offering some of the products via Steam, as the latter publisher made a number of their titles (including Psychonauts, Bloodrayne 1 & 2, and Advent Rising) back in September.
No official release date was announced for Activision’s titles, but I’d be surprised if we have to wait longer than a few weeks.
