Family Guy Game Video
I’ll admit I was a little nervous when I heard about the Family Guy video game. As a big fan of the show, I thought it had real potential to either be really good or really terrible. From the looks of this trailer-like video, it very much matches the flavor of the show, but actual gameplay remains to be seen. Still, any video that has a Mr. Belvedere joke and the voice talent of Mr. Wallace Shawn is aces in my book.

Wallace who, now? Oh, I know that guy!
While I had been jaded with “cartoon to video game” projects , this certainly seems to keep the feeling of the FG series.
Though after picking up an Xbox360 and realizing there was a Futurama title from 2003 that I didn’t know about, I have to say that my faith in the tv cartoon-to-game genre has been renewed somewhat. While Futurama was not overly difficult, the feeling of being in an funny, well written and interactive “episode” is certainly a great one.
