Pac-Man Sign In Tokyo

Our fearless world reporter MegaMatt dropped this by carrier pigeon to the GG castle this morning. This is a sign from a, shall we say, more colorful part of Tokyo featuring Pac-Man and light up power pellets! If anyone knows what it says, please let us know in the comments…

I’m just learning Japanese and the first part says “Shibuya”. Don’t know the last 3 Kanji characters though.
“If you have eaten too many power pills, please call cab.”
I’ll give it a try…
百 “Hyaku” is one hundred.
軒 “Ken” is a counter for buildings, as in the number of houses. There are too many counting words in Japanese…
店 “Mise” (possibly “Ya”) is a store.
From the looks of the picture, this sign isn’t actually on a building. I’d venture a guess that it’s near the entrance to a shopping center or mall called “Shibuya 100 Stores.” The Pac-Man is still a mystery, though.
@ Peter: Our Japanese sources confirm your translation. Congratulations! You win this link: http://www.hyakkendana.jp/!!!
That sign is not on a building. It’s a gate. I have photo of myself standing under it actually :)
I've just been hanging out not getting anything done. I haven't gotten anything done these days. My mind is like a void, but what can I say? I've just been letting everything pass me by these days.
