The Family Guy Game Developer's Blog Launches

Family Guy Game Poster

Melissa Miller, the producer of the upcoming Family Guy game for 2K Games, has launched the Family Guy developer blog on 1up today. The game has been in development for the past two years, and this provides a sneak peak behind the game before it hits the shelves on October 16. She has been a fan of the series for some time and it shows. Her zeal and wit are razor sharp. For example:

I could tell you it’s funnier than a nut shot, but you have no reason to believe me. So instead, I’ll tell you why it’s funnier than someone else’s testicular pain. It’s a Family Guy video game written by the Family Guy writers and voiced by the entire Family Guy cast. Just like the Family Guy show! And the show is frickin’ hilarious! A + B = The Funny. It’s logic on a simple level, but it’s true and it works.

Miller also mentions a burnt up Stewie doll in a diaper that sits on her desk, victim of an office fire, hopefully we’ll get to see this survivor some day. Soon she’ll be discussing gameplay and her favorite episode. I just want to know why Mr. Belvedere is trying to take over the world of Family Guy. If you just wave a bag of Earl Grey over his forehead, I guarantee he’d forget about his plans for world domination.
