Gone in 60 Seconds: Amazon.com 1000 $100 360 Sale
From what I have heard, so far, the Amazon.Com $100 sale of 1000 Core 360s took place, though it was done and over with in under 1 minute…or so we would like to think. As the time approached for the site to start the sale, people laid in wait with their 1-Click purchase options available. When the time came for the sale to start…CRASH!! The site fell under the enormous load of people going after the same thing. As people started getting back to the site after a few seconds of madness…they were greeted with SOLD OUT messages.
Kudos to all of you who managed to grab a 360 in such a short amount of time, you are either 1337 or just damned lucky. Hope ya’ enjoy it!

There’s honestly nothing more frustrating than watching that website refresh for three minutes and then time out.

That’s funny, for me the 360 was stillborn…
I hit refresh at 1258 (local time). At 1301, it finished refreshing and told me it was sold out.
