New Twilight Princess Trailer
I’m kicking myself in the head for giving up my Wii preorder. Arrrrgggg. No that’s fine, I just can’t get enough Twilight Princess footage now. Everywhere I turn I’m drooling over TP. Here’s a newly released trailer for the upcoming Zelda game. One day Link, one day I will play you on my Wii.

Have you seen the videos on Nintendo’s Wii website showing people playing with the remote? There’s one there with a guy from the UK, light beard, goofy smile…

Is it just me or does this look like Okami?
There are two games for which I am buying a Wii, and this is one of them.
Holy shit, they totally copied some of wolf Link’s moves from Okami.

I’m pretty sure they had already coded the wolf stuff waaaaaay before the release of Okami.
What was disappointing to me was when they interviewed the guy who created Okami in EGM a couple months ago and he actually said he thought the second analog stick would be a better “celestial paintbrush” interface than the Wiimote. Hopefully he just hadn’t played any Wii games by then.

Though Okami was in development for a long time as well. I know I had been waiting for it for several years. Who knows if the wolf stuff was coded in TP by then.
And the second analog stick worked just fine in Okami, I don’t think having something like the Wiimote would’ve made anything simpler or easier.
Well, I got something to confess. Well, I pre-oredered LoZ:TW, which was a smart move, I know! But the sad and ironic thing is that I didn’t pre-order a Nintendo Wii. How stupid of me. So, when I get the game, I won’t be able to play it. And the game I’m getting could be somebody else’s game that I have but they wanted! Oh well. It’s their own fault that they didn’t pre-order it before me! Teehee! And then again, it’s my own fault that the person that doesn’t have this game, will have my Wii. Grr, I hate you karma!
