After fumbling through Deviant Art for some time, I came across Smarmar’s The Science of Video Games Pt.1. Here’s what he has to say about his piece:
For years I have played with, lived in, dreamed about, studied, and admired video games. After some time I began questioning my virtual environments and the characters that resided within them. My heart and my mind needed additional meaning. So, I began my quest for the scientific truths that would give life a deeper purpose. Hence, this is part 1 in a series of pieces revealing a purely scientific perspective on the physical functionality of video games.No characters or property were harmed in the making of this series.
I’ve always wondered, ‘Is that a nose, or a mouth, or both?’ Now I know, and knowing’s half the battle.
