Taco Bell Wants Your PS3?

How weird is that? Taco Bell is offering $12,500 in Taco Bell Bucks for the first sucker generous soul to offer up his or her PS3; Taco Bell Bucks are redeemable for food purchases at Taco Bell, and the offer stands only for the first person to agree. So not only does Taco Bell want your PS3, they only need one, thank you very kindly, because they’re all sure they can share it in an orderly fashion.
No, really, this is not yet another sign of the end of days (although I wouldn’t throw out those mason jars filled with baby parts just yet, cenobites of the Dark One), rather, it is Taco Bell’s attempt at topical altruism: the foolishly exchanged PS3 will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of America, where it will most certainly be shared in an orderly fashion.
If you’re interested in exchanging your PS3 for $12,500 in tacos, email tacobellnews@tacobell.com before December 1st, 2006. If the very thought of doing such a thing gives you hives, come sit right here next to me on the divan; we’ll all be going to hell shortly.

Never EVER show that picture again. The consequences will be dire if you do.
claps hands EYE BLEACH! NOW!
On an unrelated note, Tiny Dancer writes a fine piece of article, every single time!
$12,000 that’s only good at Taco Bell? Sweet Jesus, that’s lame.
AAAAAAAAAHHHHH! Although I get the idea, please, PLEASE! Replace that picture! It kiiiills me! XD
Wonder if “Taco Bell Bucks” expire. Because I bet $12,000 in tacos would last me the rest of my life whether I tried to spend it really fast (thus shortening my lifespan) or ate there 5 or 6 times a year like I do now.
