Fixing The Wii's Remote Strap: A Photo Guide
For those of you who happen to be lucky enough to own a Wii I hope someone runs over you and then steals your wallet when you beg for help but are worried about damaging some of your precious electronics with an errant Wiimote, help is here!
Thanks to a photo guide on Flickr, there are now step-by-step instructions that explain how to easily reinforce the strap’s connection with some fishing line and a couple of well-placed knots.
Sorry, guys, until Nintendo gets around to doing this themselves, it looks like we’re on our own here… still, kudos should be offered to whomever was kind enough to post this guide on the net!

OR! Or you could just not throw the controller out of your hand… I got the Wii Glove, helps with sweaty hands too. I only use the strap when my hand gets tired so i let it hang loose during a cutscene.
I consider myself a bit of a Nintendo fan boy… but I’ve considered committing a heinous sin and just using my PSP strap to avoid any wiihaveaproblem-esque incidents.
