Jack Thompson On Nightline

Witness Jack Thompson as he makes an a$$ of himself on Nightline. He tries to say that video games are causing America’s youth to become criminals (you know, his usual song and dance) and that Rockstar is a crime wave!
Thompson goes on to say that the FBI’s statistics (presented to him during the interview) stating that crime by teenagers has gone down 50% between 1994 and 2000 are false, according to his experts. Of course, his experts have information to the contrary! Working in the field of law, it is important to one’s case to have experts divulge information…that is favorable to you.
At one point, he calls himself a ‘flawed fallen creature’...creature, indeed. I like Cynthia McFadden’s way of ending the segment, ”...Jack Thompson. Parents beware.” Was she referring to the games or Attorney Thompson? Hmmmm. Oh, and, by the way, Janet Reno rocks! Watch the video, you’ll see why.

I never thought I could hate a man. I used to just think Jack Thompson was a giant idiot. But after seeing this video, and hearing of his past, I literally hate him. I cannot fathom the ignorance and pervertedness that is inside this man’s mind.
If hell exists, he’ll be there for being the liar and egotistical, self righteous, hypocrite he is.

im getting pissed at how everyone’s blaming bully for violence. i mean the game is about defending yourself from bullies when you’re the new kid, why are people so against that?
To get Reno to take the first DJ case, he questions her sexuality, then file battery charges when she pwns him..
Why the hell does anyone care about him?!
