Nintendo Says: "Shut Up, Dorks"
Remember that whole mess with Michael Richards? You know, where he made some racist remarks during a botched stand-up comedy routine? And then he kept apologizing, over and over again, on every type of media you can think of?
Well this is nothing like that. But maybe Kramer could learn something from Nintendo. Of course, if you appear weak, you’re gonna have to pay out the a$$! Put up a tough front, and you will be impenetrable. Of course, it also helps that Nintendo has a much stronger case and no video of execs talking about purposely making those straps break. What? I said it was a bad analogy!
Forget everything I just said and imagine Toad in his little vest and boxing gloves saying in a high pitched voice, the following:
“We believe the lawsuit to be completely without merit. Nintendo has a long tradition of delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service, and we take all reports from our customers seriously.
At the time we became aware of the lawsuit, we had already taken appropriate steps to reinforce with consumers the proper use of the Wii Remote and had made stronger replacement wrist straps available. This suit has had no effect on those efforts.”

Did anyone honestly think that this lawsuit would go through?
I can’t believe it even started. Where did these idiots think they even had a case? Nintendo released a product which they misused and they think they can sue Nintendo. It’s like suing Ford for a car crash that you caused.
Yeah, I always said this lawsuit was a joke.
