Saturday Morning Cartoons: Mario and Zelda
Just like in the heyday of the Super Mario Brothers Super Show, today we’re teaming up Super Mario World and The Legend of Zelda. This morning Mario spreads some holiday cheer with “The Nightmare Before Cave Christmas,” followed by an actual animated present, one episode of Zelda for each of the Triforce. boy i remember when this would come out on friday afternoons. at one point i had become familiar with Zelda 2. so i kept waiting for them to refer to it. but it took Captain N to do that. and they finally introduced the 3rd triforce.
