Silly Kids, Wii Is For Rabbids
Here’s the European Raving Rabbids launch trailer, posted by the ever sublime crew of GoNintendo. Rabbids, adorable creatures aren’t they? I’d kinda like to have one running around the house, someday.

RRR is a good game, with a lot of humor and attitude and all but 2 or 3 of the minigames being extremely enjoyable and intuitive (the ones that rely on the Wiimote speaker are broken) but extremely short (like 5-6 hours short.) It’s way better when you have friends around than when you’re alone. If I didn’t inadvertently get 2 copies, I’d be giving mine to my nieces for xmas.
Looking forward to more Rabbids games, though, maybe even something with more depth than a party game.
Speaking of which, the PS2 and DS versions of this game are supposed to have been released this past Tuesday. I haven’t found a single review of anything but the Wii version, and I’m dying to know how the minigames changed by being ported to other platforms with wildly different controls….
It is preety fun, and has some really twisted humor too, which is always nice. The only thing I wish is that I didn’t have to unlock all the games before I can play them in multiplayer. I’m not really interested in trudging through the entire game when all I really want to do is pull it out once in a while at parties. Thats what I like about Wii sports, you can get a serious multiplayer match on right out of the box.
I agree, but seriously, man, 5 or 6 hours tops and you’ll be all unlocked. It’s not like the Monkey Ball games where you needed like 3 hours of play time per minigame.
