Get Yer Custom Mii Statue!
As if we weren't nerdy enough already, we can now get our custom Miis brought into three-dimensional glory in the real world by exploiting the services of Allison Q. McCarthy, who in turn is managing the time of the actual sculptor behind these most ingenious of trinkets. The artist himself is Mr. Thiel, and apparently his time is in so much demand right now that eBay auctions will determine who is able to hire him on commission.
Riiiiiight. Because paying a fee just to earn the ability to hire someone is totally efficient. Still, these are the prices we pay in order to own pretty things.
