Ghostbusters 360 Is A Bust

Last week Zootfly dropped a bunch of Ghostbusters videos on YouTube, showcasing the game for the 360. It caused a huge buzz on the internet and gave the company and the game a tremendous amount of exposure. The game looked great in the early stages of development. The possibilities behind the proton cannon combat looked really exciting, along with the Gears of War running shaky-cam. The videos spread like a well-tuned viral marketing campaign, one that takes people by surprise. By the time it's over, every last person you know has seen the video.
Zootfly claimed that they had to stop working on the game because of licensing issues with Sony. The developer began working on this project without attaining the rights to the Ghostbusters name. Apparently they are still trying to work out the issues so they can continue working on the game. It looks like Sony was not pleased that their beloved Ghostbusters game was besmirched by the likes of Zootfly, so Sony forced them to pull all of the Ghostbusters vids from YouTube.
What do you think about this little mess? Was it an attempt by Zootfly to create buzz for their company in the wake of their other game in development, TimeO ? Or were they honestly working on the Ghostbusters game, hoping to secure the rights from Sony to finish it up? I would love to hear our readers' perspective on this matter. Inquiring minds want to know.

i really don't wanna hate Sony..in fact, i hate Sony bashing... but man.. they deserve every fukkn word:(
I for one was never fooled by this marketing ploy. Sony owns the rights to Ghostbusters and the minute i read that the game was coming out on the 360 and not the ps3 is was convinced. Total bullshot
