New Revenant Wings Screens Show Further Gameplay
JeuxFrance has done it again. I don't know how they do it, but they seem to get their hands on images from japanese gaming magazines like Shonen Jump and Famitsu sooner than anyone else.
New images from FFXII: Revenant Wings! The screenshots are action oriented and give a bit more of a window into how gameplay actually is in the DS game. Espers definitely play a part, and rogue tomatoes, but I'm still a little baffled. It doesn't seem like a strategy game, more like a melee free for all. Am I alone in somehow thinking the DS isn't capable of that many things going on in a screen?
Though as only a true Final Fantasy fanboy can admit, I'm sure I'm going to love it no matter how it plays. I'm definitely enjoying FFIII on my DS right now (how cute is Arc?), and will need something to fill in the hours on public transit with another RPG once I eke every last drop out that title. Hurry up and finish it, Squenix!
