This Week In GayGamer – Week of 1/15

Just in case you missed it:
* A little expansion for the World of WarCraft came out. You may have heard of it. We certainly did. And it burns.
* Oblivion fans (this panda included) crapped their pants over details for The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles.
* We go below the belt by gawking at Silver Surfer’s junk and checking out "accidental" video game porn.
* We finally hear word on drool-inducing demos for Crackdown and Final Fantasy XIII.
* For every hero, there’s a villain. Trademark applications tell us that RedOctane is applying for the names Guitar Villain and Drum Villain.
* We perpetuate the rumor-mongering about the development of the PSP2. Hope it’s out in time for the remakes of Final Fantasy I and II.
* Boy of Tomorrow gives an excellent review of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition.
* The Dreamcast is dead. For reals, this time.
* We love Kratos. We really, really love Kratos.
* Buy me this and make me this and this please.
* Dreams do come true: A Ghostbusters game is in the works.
* A poor woman dies trying to win a Wii because of an ill-conceived radio contest. Ten people are sooo fired.
* We launched Gay Gamer 2.0 and I am initiated as the new weekend writer. Thanks so much to the editors, other writers and readers for making me feel at home. It was a blast and I look forward to many more weekends with you all!

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I already miss those good ol'days.
