Wario Ware: Smooth Moves ~ 9-Volt Runthrough
Nintendo's latest in their ADD twitch-gaming series Wario Ware, has just been released this week. If you didn't manage to snag a copy of Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, we have some great footage to whet your appetite for the whole enchilada.
The Wii version of Wario Ware plays much like the previous iterations. The game shows you how to play each round with very simple instructions for about 2 seconds before the game starts. Instead of just showing you with a visual que for the action, an action word is associated with each movement. Great design choice by the way, since you only have 2 seconds to learn each game, it's the most direct approach to instruction. Each of the 200 rounds of games lasts for about 5 seconds of gameplay. It's twitch gaming at it's finest. If you are one of the few people left who hasn't played a Wario Ware game, put down Gears of War for 7 seconds and play a round of Wario Ware: Smooth Moves.
The featured video, contains footage from the 9-Volt level of the game. All of his games feature Nintendo franchises from various generations of gaming. Here we see the levels for Balloon Fight, Wind Waker, Pikmin, Animal Crossing, Mike Tyson's Punchout, Metroid, Super Mario Sunshine just to name a few. Also featured is the fantastic StarFox boss fight, featuring our beloved R.O.B. from years gone by.

My God, Star Fox just makes me wet my manties!
Man, I want this game, but I only have one Wiimote. I'd like to be able to have another one so I could at least play with someone, but no one ever has them in stock.
I wish I had a WII. That game looks redonk.
"You'll always be my P2." So hawt!!!
Cool, I've got a Wiimote but no Wii...
This is definitely on my "definitely-to-get-games" list. Under the section "Definitely". Seriously.
The starfox segment is incredible IMO. I wish that the VC version of the game would play exactly like that.
