Wii and Xbox 360 Go Looney

daffy_controllers.jpg

Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment announced that Looney Tunes will come to the Wii and Xbox 360 this year in a new action-adventure title called Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal. The game will have seven playable characters, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tazmanian Devil, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, Gossamer and “a special secret character” (Who could it be? Porky Pig? Elmer Fudd? Yosemite Sam?). They also promise “fast-paced combat, puzzle solving challenges and vehicle-based action” as well as cooperative play for both platforms. Armed with ACME weapons of course, you’ll “battle” in locations as varied as Camelot, Ancient Egypt, Mars, the Wild West and “the trenches of World War II” (because lord knows we need more games based on World War II). Just pray that it’s better than Space Jam.

Has there ever been a good Looney Tunes game?

I'm all for playing as Gossamer.

And Richie:
Sheep Raider was pretty fun. Not great, but it was worth playing when your cousin rents it (how I ended up playing it)

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
