Wii Sports Experiment Will Make You Crush Out

If you’ve played a Wii, and in particular Wii Sports, you know that it really does make you sweat. I remember being resistant to it, the actual moving, my first couple of times. After seeing videos online of girls screaming and flailing at the screen, or fratboys throwing their wiimotes across the room, I felt no desire to make a fool of myself. I deigned that I could stay seated, mildly twisting my wrist for all necessary movements. It wasn’t long before I realized that not only do you play better if you actually get up and move, but that it is twice as fun, and half the reason to even own a Wii.
My favorite Nintendo fanboy at WiiNintendo.net has taken that knowledge to a whole new level with his Wii Sports Experiment. Wii boy shows off his weight loss after keeping track of the following for 6 weeks: weight, BMI, calories burned, body fat %, heart rate, and of course, his Wii fitness age. It’s worth checking out the whole story, not because he lost 9 lbs. in a freezing and snowy winter, but because he is uber-adorable, tattooed, looks good shirtless and is my newest net crush.

Nice. DDR Mario Wii-Mix anyone?
I’m going to add this to my daily workout routine, just for shits n’ giggles.
Vector Realm is so right – I’ve definitely broken a sweat on DDR Mario Mix way more than in Wii Tennis. Let’s see that boy dance! Shirtless!
