12 Inches of Solid Snake Coming...Soon
Joystiq found these snapshots of a Solid Snake action figure from Konami's site. Here's the product description:
When famed Japanese toymaker Medicom releases the Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Snake figure later this year, they hope to teach us all a very valuable lesson: that you can still look like a total badass...even if you're only 12 inches tall.
Featuring Medicom's RAH 301 technology, Snake's exoskeleton can be posed in a variety of stances while maintaining a realistic body line. Developed by the mad scientists at Medicom, and meticulously tweaked by MGS4 art director Yoji Shinkawa, the MGS4 Snake figure is scheduled to ship this November.
When they say you can look like a badass when only 12 inches tall...they should've added old and wrinkly to that, as well. Actually, he looks a bit constipated, in my opinion...but the detail of the firgurine is great. Another thing, it's amazing how firm his tush is in his 'advanced age.' Hope mine looks like that when I am of equal age. Make the jump for the rest of Solid Snake's photo shoot. Look for the finished product in November.

Haha! That title got me all excited there for a second.
Oh my...I'm gonna have to ow one of these.
I dunno why people are having hiss fits about Snake getting old. They've only said this would happen since, I dunno, MGS1. And I like it, due to the fact there is hardly ever, if any, video game main characters that have heavy visable age.
Keep up with those squat-thrusts, and your posterior should be practically perfect.
Being that the figure will cost about 180 bucks (that's how much the MGS3 Snake costs), it's either this or a PS3!
