Don't Like Giving Your Wii A Reach Around? This Guy Found a Solution
CAG extraordinaire, hollowfreak, doesn't much care for the reach-around. I, however, certainly don't mind giving reach-arounds... when I'm playing GameCube games on my Wii, especially since I have Wavebirds, now. To remedy this problem (and a good, warranty-voiding, time consuming solution for those of you with all wired GC controllers), hollowfreak modded his Wii to allow the GC controller ports to face the front. The results are somewhat similar to what the Gamecube looks like. I will say that I've never really liked where Nintendo put those controller ports and since my Wii is always standing erect, I would be scared to tug on it too much and make it fall over.
