Flashback Creator Works On Wii Game

Paul Cuisset, who worked with Delphine Software International, designed the beautiful game Flashback for a myriad of systems back in ’94. I had the pleasure of playing the game on Super NES and later again on the Sega CD. The game follows the journey of Conrad B. Hart in his attempt to recover his lost memory and save the world. It was a rotoscoped game in a similar style to Prince of Persia, but with a vastly different cyberpunk presentation. Flashback was wonderfully cinematic in presentation with well-animated 2D cutscenes, and beautifully hand drawn backdrops.
Now Cuisset is back and working on a new game for the Nintendo Wii with Eric Viennot, who worked on the PC detective title Missing. Delphine Software put out some fine titles in the rotoscope tradition, such as Out of This World and the sequel Heart of the Alien. Few other details have been released concerning the Wii title in development, but let’s hope it’s in the grand tradition of Flashback and Out of This World.

Huh, I didn't know it was called "Out of this World" in the US. It was "Another World" in Europe :)
Delphine software only published Out of this World (Another world) and had nothing to do with the rotoscoping used in those games.
Out of this World was completly made by Eric Chahi (minus the music).
