.Hack//G.U. Volume 3: Cinematic Punctuation

If you ever wondered what G.U. stood for, well, here's your answer. In a recently released trailer, believed to be the opening cinematic for the game, we are given a whole plethora of statements, all with the requisite G.U. somewhere in the title.

I've always had a hard time getting into these games, which is strange, because they have a lot going for them. Character design by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, the character designer for Neon Genesis Evangelion (only the greatest anime EVER), sci-fi RPG storytelling chock full of drama, a fun fake MMORPG premise used to full effect, and exciting gameplay with improved graphics over it's predecessors. The only problem is that they are released in series, and usually end up feeling like half-games that I'm paying full price for. Which leaves me with an icky feeling.

Enjoy the movie and all its operatics and judge for yourself. Grand Ululations might just seal the deal for you.

Geez Pirate Prince. You always find a way to make every Monday a great reason to wake up! I'm also shocked to see "Master En" (as Saku calls him) is back with how the ending went. I'm anxiously waiting to move onto part 2 of G.U. when it comes out.

BTW, if you want to know more about .hack//G.U., you can check out the newer .hack//Roots anime or at least check out the rare Terminal Disk that explains the game between the two game series ( http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=hack+Terminal+Disk&search=Search ).

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
