damn right about it being the most difficult nes game ever... still pretty kick-ass, though, particularly the satisfaction of actually getting to that last level...

I downloaded it yesterday, also, and I am definitely feeling like the angry nintendo nerd. My partner has heard more growling from me in the last 24 hours than in the entire year before.
This game was hard core. I still remember when I finally beat it. So proud! *tear*
it took me a half an hour to get to 1-2. a HALF AN HOUR. that's just... awesome.
