Live In NY? Want To Work For The ESRB?

Even though the video game rating system has been taking a beating from congress lately, or perhaps it's because of that little fact, it seems that the ESRB is out to increase the diversity amongst its game rankers. Gamer Dad, a truly excellent website aimed at educating parents about what games are appropriate for their kids, has posted an advertisement on behalf of the ESRB... apparently, the group is looking for more parents to have a hand in applying those lovely little rating letters to game boxes:
if you live in the New York area, YOU... a GamerDad reader and GamerParent yourself could become one of the ESRB raters. I'm really excited about this, we're getting the opportunity to make sure GamerParents have a say and guarantee that gamers and GamerParents will be better represented by the rating you find on the box. Will this change the rating? No. Except in cases, as above, where the ratings board missed offensive content in a game like Oblivion. GamerParents love their kids just as much as any parent but it will help the ESRB make more sense to gamers. The MPAA movie ratings keep their judges secret but guess what? They're all movie fans. It's absurd to not have people familiar with games do the ratings.
I have to agree: we need more people who are knowledgeable about both games and kids doing the ratings. Perhaps if we got some gay parents in there, the whole freaking-out over homosexual content in games might start to erode just a little bit.

Who freaked out over gay content? And more importantly... where can I find this gay content? (I hope it wasn't the Disney rated make-out in Bully... that was fairly tame)
