Lunar Knights Is Ready And Waiting For Your Stylus
Lunar Knights is finally out on the DS, and you know you want to play it. Technically, it's release date was February 6th, but I've been shocked by the absence of critical buzz surrounding the title. Excuse me, but I'm about to wax effusive here.
Watch the video below, showing the dark vampire-looking character Lucian kicking some centaur butt (now that's a big ass) and try to tell me it isn't the game you've been waiting for all your life. Top down adventuring with two characters who respectively use a solar powered gun or a moon powered sword, and they each turn into a stronger version of themselves.
Kojima Productions has made a beautiful game here, if you can't already tell, full of character and class. The 2/3rds view they opted for in the game is one of the hardest to create and still look uncluttered and aesthetically pleasing, and they pull it off. It also makes full use of the stylus, unlike the DS game I'm currently playing, Final Fantasy III. If you pick this game up, like I plan to in the next day or so, you're almost guaranteed an engrossing and enjoyable experience.
Take the leap for the Aaron gameplay and the game intro.
Game Intro, full of cute anime violence!:

If I had any apprehensions about this game, they have just been dashed. I'm sold. Thanks Prince!
Man. I just might have to get a DS after all. Good games just keep on coming out for it.
I've been playing it for a week and have yet to use the stylus at all so I'm not sure how it's "making full use of the stylus" as you claim.
