God Of War Pegasus Gameplay Footage
Every little delicious morsel we are fed from God of War IImakes me hunger for more. This new snippet is no exception: it has me drooling like the village idiot sitting in the corner wearing a dunce cap.
Here we have Kratos riding on the back of a Pegasus with flaming wings, flying through clouds in the dead of night. Along the way he encounters griffins. With some choice timed-action sequences, he jumps from his horse to their bodies to break their necks or decapitate them. It looks like the player controls the flight of the Pegasus, similar to a shooter. Pressing the attack button makes Kratos twirl his flaming chains of destruction, while circle is used to grab onto your opponents to stab them in the neck. There was one part where the square button popped up on the screen, and he jumped on the griffin and broke his neck them jumped back to his Pegasus.
If this game is even close to being as amazing as the first game, this will be one of the last great games for the PS2. You can guarantee that I will pound out one more round with my pale man-god.

Holy SH*T!
