Thursday Morning Diversion: Super Hero Dating Quiz
| After Tiny's deeply thought out article on the state of male gaming characters, I thought it would be appropriate to fluff things up a bit with this little online quiz I found thanks to my friend Clint. Comic book site, Comic Vine, have created a thirty five question quiz to see who your ultimate Super Hero love match would be. There are separate quizzes for men and women, and surprisingly, the first question is "Are you gay?" This isn't the kind of diversity we are used to seeing floating around the dark corners of the intertubes, so it was nice to see that they took us comic loving gays into consideration when making this quiz.
My Superhero love match was psionic, half cyborg bad boy, Cable, followed swiftly by Spiderman and Batman. Hot, hot and hot! I was thrilled by the match with Spiderman, especially if he looks anything like this. So, go take the quiz and then come on back and let us know who your pre-destined Super Hero Lover is! This test is BS. I first got Rawhide Kid, Cable and someone else I've forgotten. Then at a second attempt, I got Cable, Beast and IM.
I dislike Rawhide Kid and IM a lot and I despise Cable.
On top of that I really don't see how any of them connects to the answers I gave. Except that it seems to give Rawhide Kid if you say Hell yes to Are you gay.
In short, it's nonsense.

I know perfectly well not to expect accuracy. I was just so annoyed by the matches I got, I felt an unbearable need to express my discontent. :P

Heh, this was kinda cute. Iceman (w00t), Spider-Man (that works too), and Alan Scott (eh, okay, I guess). Screwing around with answers gave some interesting results (Spider-Ham? Hahaha...) but I'll go with those three.
