Twisted Toyfare Theater: A Goombah With A View
Ok, so this is actually a few months old, but it's so great that I really though it deserved a post. Toyfare magazine is a terrific little publication for all of you out there who are, like me, obsessed with action figures and toys. One of their regular features is called Twisted Toyfare Theater where they take some action figures and create a comic book story around them, sort of a Robot Chicken in comic form. Back in December they did one featuring everyone's favorite carpenter turned plumber, Mario and some of his Mushroom Kingdom friends alongside Spidey, Thor and Hulk. The result is pretty damn funny and will be sure to get at least a few chuckles out of you. Enjoy!
