WiiAim to Please

First the weather, then the news… and now AOL Instant Messenger on your Wii. The folks who brought you aimOnPSP are developing WiiAim for those who like to chat while gaming. They promise a “customized interface designed to work well within the browser.” But if you can’t wait ‘til then, you can try using aimOnPSP. It’s not as good as a Wii-specific AIM client, but it is coming soon…

Its nice that the wii is getting all of this, but I really don't use any of it. I don't see a reason to use AIM or look at the latest celebrity gossip on my Wii, when I can do it a lot faster on my computer. I do like the weather channel though, mainly for the five day forecast. I like checking it in the morning when I'm getting ready.
