300 Producer Gets $150 Million For Game Studio

So this is how it goes, apparently: make a film about ancient warriors who fight side-by-side in speedos and crimson capes...just a moment, while I relive the soft-core gay porn experience that was 300....ah, that's good. For now. Anyway...so you make this movie about 1,800 abdominals and how they fight an impossible, um...so there are all these hot guys, right? And then, a few weeks later, somebody gives you $150,000,000.00 to build a game studio in Atlanta, Georgia.
Well that's what happened to Thomas Tull, executive producer of 300, a film which had some of my non-gamer friends very confused, as they'd recently seen Kratos stomp his way across my television screen. 300 did have a very "game" feel to it, coming as it did from the game-tangential world of the graphic novel. But $150 Million? Seriously? Because I have this old college clip of me with 29 other guys in speedos and red capes...could I get, like, $15 Million?
Please?
