Dig That Crazy Dig-Dug Dance!
Here's an amazing little piece of video game commercial history the boys over at Digital press dug up, although "little" might be underestimating it a bit. This Clio award winning Dig-Dug commercial is over two minutes long and appeared not on television, but was shown at movie theaters and drive-ins (ask your parents if you don't know what a drive-in is). There's a Henry Kissinger (ask your parents again) look-a-like, a wild eighties band and of course, The Dig Dug Dance! Unfortunately, it never quite caught on like the other eighties inspired dance moves; the Cabbage Patch, the Smurf and the Running Man. So many ridiculous dances, so little time...
