DS Opera Browser To Hit US Shores

The Opera browser came out for the DS last year in Japan and a few months ago in Europe, but Nintendo has been tight-lipped on details about the North American release. Finally they announced the browser will come stateside on June 4th of this year. The Wii Opera browser was promptly added to the Wii Channels shortly after launch, but who knows why they took so long releasing it over here.
The browser still has no support for PDFs, Flash, or downloading capabilities. Fortunately it works well with the stylus and we can still hope for some improvements before it drops. I would love to see some RSS support for the browser, it would work perfectly with the dual screens of the DS. Please Nintendo, answer a blogger’s prayers.

yay! porn on the go!
I actually picked up the browser on a recent trip through Asia. While it's not life-changing, it's pretty darn cool. I'd love a little more support (Flash or movie files, for instance) but it's a fun novel little way to play with your DS!
I hope that Nintendo/Opera will develop a version of this browser that supports flash/downloads/videos in the near future, this browser in its current state does not seem very practical for people who would purchase it for entertainment purposes.
Now I don't have to drag my laptop everywhere... yaaaaay! :D
