Lord British Burgled By Morons

Apparently Richard Garriott's place is the hotspot to be seen at. I seem to recall hearing about some weirdo fans breaking into his mansion and gunfire being involved back in the 90s (though, admittedly, I can't find anything to actually support this claim; I'm pretty sure I remember reading an article about it a few years ago), and now it seems that teenagers decided to use a part of Lord British's Austin, TX, property to stage a large party.

Last month, at least nine people broke into private property at the end of Coldwater Canyon, near 360 and 2222. Police say pictures documented a party and crime in which $5,000 worth of expensive alcohol, including $800 bottles of wine and high-dollar scotch, were stolen.

But what the group left behind at the party left quite an impression. “During the investigation, we found a digital camera that didn't belong to the victim,” said Roger Wade, with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.

On that camera, investigators found a clear picture of their suspects. Now, they need help in identifying who they are.

Dear kids: recording your dumbass crimes and then leaving evidence may not be the best idea you've ever had. Just so you know.

Morons.

I kinda feel sorry for whoever is going to end up prosecuting this. The damn kids are making things too easy.
