Robbie Williams Prances Onto Xbox 360

I don't like his music, but you might.

Robbie Williams, that man who loves to sing, prance and "keep us guessing" across the stage has entered a deal with Microsoft to bring music videos and 'exciting content' from his newest album, Rudebox, to Xbox Live.

Xbox 360 owners, across Europe and Asia, will have the opportunity to download premium Robbie Williams music video content from Xbox Live Marketplace to their consoles. Downloads of high definition music videos will be available for 280 Microsoft Points, standard definition music videos for 230, and Robbie Williams themes (including 4 pictures) for 150 Microsoft Points.

So good news for the residents of Europe and Asia. I hear he is wildly popular over there. While I haven't got a taste for his music, he is, at least, easy on the eyes. If you thought the above wasn't enough (and I think it isn't, especially the paying for it part):

...RobbieWilliams.com in association with Xbox, will be running competitions to give away five Xbox 360 consoles and stacks of games, so watch this space. For more details visit www.robbiewilliams.com.

It also turns out that Mr. Williams is a fan of the Xbox, as well, stating, “I love playing Xbox at home and on the road, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006 kept me company through the tour!”

Good times and cheers! By the way, how do you feel about downloadable music videos and stuff, anyways? Press release after the jump.

Oh, make sure to go to the www.robbiewilliams.com for a video of him in drag plus two drag queens...fabulous!

At release his most recent album ‘Rudebox’ was the fastest-selling platinum awarded album in the UK in 2006, and debuted at No.1 in 11 countries worldwide giving Robbie his 8th solo No.1 album, a feat topped only by rock ‘n’ roll king, Elvis. Robbie recently finished his 70 date sell-out Close Encounter 2006 tour, which saw him play to over 3.5 million fans in 20 different countries and breaking a world record with ticket sales.

Darling, how could you miss the opening video on Robbie's web page where two drag queens dress him up in drag?? Priceless! They even call him a bloody poof. "Hello, I'm a lady!" Be sure to check it out. Quite a jolly good time!

One thing, though. Rudebox's fist single and video.... He looked like someone very, very, VERY high on Crystal meth... he's not an old guy, but his face.... jeeeesas... completely destroid. A guy I know met him last year and said Robbie looked like a 70 year-old

Eh. Never even been a fan of the way he looks. Dunno why. Does that mean I'm not gay?

I've never had the displeasure of seeing a live performance, but I know his face varies from pic to pic...some he looks old as dirt, others...well you can tell it's been nicely airbrushed...but i dunno, he can be attractive.

Cool news, but I'm not fond of (a) MS's pricing, since I can get the same standard def video for nearly a dollar cheaper on iTunes, and (b) those damn Microsoft Funbuxx or whatever they're called. Stop making up currency! At least one Wii point = one cent. One MS point =... 1.2 cents? huh?

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
