Saturday Morning Cartoons: Rayman Raving Rabbits

Okay, so it's not so much a cartoon as it is a series of commercials, but oh my god I think these "Bunnies Very Useful Scientific Facts" ads for Rayman: Raving Rabbits are funny. Especially Scientific Fact #3 (that poor cow). I know we all like to to think we're relatively immune to advertising, but these, without a doubt, convinced me that I had to own Rayman for the Wii (using the song Misirlou helped, too). You can check out the first four right here and see a few more after the jump! Enjoy!

Advertisements are still lying to you, I've now played this twice with a couple of friends and everybody sort of had their favorite minigame. But in the end, it's boring beyond belief. The minigames are mostly too long, and few involve all 4 players at he same time. Compared to something like Mario Party it shows how much of a gimmick the wiimote still is.

I'm not saying I don't like the wiimote approach (heck, it might just revive the light-gun genre, just think if the Saturn got on VC...) but I have yet to see a game other than Wii Sports where the controls allow you to do something that has never been done before(haven't played Wario Ware yet, but I suppose the same arguments count).

those commercials are kinda like the debut for their movie studio...

I have visited their studio in montreal and I know that when they'll be really started to create movies, they will be great!
