Super Paper Mario Scans

Oh, April 9th, how you taunt me so. To think that I have to wait a little less than two weeks to get my hands on the biggest news for the Wii since the handy Wii Play release: Super Paper Mario. Speaking of Wii Play, I recently finally was able to buy it, and was a little disappointed in the game. There are nine mini-games but each time you play it the portions of the mini-game are the same every time, so there is little to no challenge once you figure out the pattern. And after getting gold medals in several of the categories already, I haven't been treated with any unlockables. Although I'm not unhappy with the inclusion of the Wii remote in the package (something that increasingly made more sense), especially since finding one alone is tantamount to getting one's hands on a Tickle-Me-Elmo in 1995.
Enough of that. Super Paper Mario, people! This game is gonna be a blast, if the last Paper Mario (which had one of the best localization jobs I've seen in quite awhile--the same team is working on SPM) is any indication. From the videos I've seen, the inclusion of the "Pixls" and the Wii Remote capabilities will only help the already great gameplay.
So until that happy day, check out new screenshots, courtesy of RPGamer through JeuxFrance and NintendoDream.
