The First Story Trailer For The Darkness

Ever since the first teaser trailers began popping up about The Darkness, my interest has been piqued. The game looks dark, nasty, vicious, and absolutely delicious. Now we have a full story trailer for the game, with some more of the darkness powers and how Jackie Estacado came to harness their evil strength. To this point, all we have seen is gameplay demos and teaser trailers. Now the premise of the game makes more sense. It seems that Jackie was working for his mafioso uncle, who decided to off him on his 21 birthday. Then the darkness saved him and brought him back to seek vengeance. The game looks great with those nasty serpent-like darkness beasts slithering on the sides of the screen, awaiting their next victim. I can’t wait to get my mitts on this title. Check for The Darkness on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 later this year.

Anybody else have trouble getting the embedded videos from GameVideos to work? They won't ever play in Safari for me (I have Flash Player 9 and have no trouble with any other embedded videos).

And by the way, the word is "piqued," not "peaked." I don't mean to be pedantic, just wanted to let you know :)

FF2 on WinXP here, but no go either. But from what I've seen so far, it's pretty much Max Payne eating hearts...
