What Are You Playing This Weekend?

Bad. Ass.

I'll be playing God of War II this weekend, likely beat it, too! We'll see, I'm really into it right now. If you have not played it, you should totally check it out. In between that, I'll be wrapping up my last case in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and go back to the world of Pikmin to see how much closer I can get to finishing that game. Final Fantasy VI Advance is also on the menu.

If you cannot tell, I am a man on a mission. That mission is to beat my embarrassingly large back catalog of games that I've yet to either touch or beat. With the exception of God of War II. This past week, Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War on the Xbox was finally beaten after spending 4 years in Limbo...just two 'stages' shy of the end. How many of you are in the same boat as me? ...and more importantly, what are you going to play?

Being an european, and having a PS3 now, you would imagine I would be playing MotorStorm or VF5.... for everyone's (not so) bemusement here where I live, the Sony distributor, while providing enough consoles to satisfy demand, FORGOT TO ORDER ANY SOFTWARE from Sony or other publishers... So now, an entire region of Portugal has PlaystationTriple's... and no games whatsoever, for another week, at the very least.

So its back to The Burning Crusade, for me. They nerfed alchemy, so I gave it up after 1000's of pots and no new discoveries, and will spend part of the weekend getting mining to 375.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance, it feeds my new found love for Deadpool.

I'm quite liking my PS3 at the moment - Oblivion and Motorstorm are the big winners for me, and I am oddly compelled by Ridge Racer 7. Does anyone else imagine the plucky female announcer looks like Rachel Ray? No? Just me?

Determined to get better at SSX Blur as well, and Lost Planet is still a lot of fun.

Suppose I don't need to pick up God of War II, but want to. Badly.

I already finished GoW2 and am currently addicted to Oblivion (PS3) so I'll be playing that this weekend, and likely many more weekends to come.

Puzzle F$%@ing Quest for DS owns all! With my TV in the shop, no GoW2, Sonic Wii, or Zelda Four Swords for me this weekend. :(

Puzzle Quest is the best game you are not playing.... for cereal.

I'll be playing Killer 7, now that ebgames FINALLY sent it to me. The first time they only sent me one disc (the 2nd one) and they said the replacement would be here in 5-7 days. That was a month ago. But it's here now! yay!

Ugg every time I see the w.a.y.p.t.w. posts I get a little sad inside. It means 2 days of lazy panda posting either wildly inaproprate judgemental posts of other peoples body art or complaining about some project that she just knows is going to suck for some reason or another.Plus what is the deal with plastering panda cartoons that take up a third of the pic posted.Sorry but all the negativity around her posts brings me down.

Zelda: Twilight Princess (Gamecube version, represent!) and Final Fantasy VI Advanced are likely on the menu, as well as the usual doses of Street Fighter III 3rd Strike and Melty Blood.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, because I've never played it before. Godhand, because it's so cool to unleash the famous one inch punch technique to new heights.

F.E.A.R. Brilliant game. Like it more than any other shooter. And maybe I'll try Oblivion again -- maybe I'll find whatever it is that makes this game fun.
